Braeswood Place consists of approximately 2,200 mostly deed restricted homes and includes seven subdivisions: Ayrshire, Braes Heights, Braes Oaks, Braes Manor, Braes Terrace, Emerald Forest, and Southern Oaks. Although most of the homes were built in the mid-twentieth century, many of the older homes have been torn down and large, beautiful newly constructed homes have taken their place.
