Homes Sold

4 homes sold in Timbergrove and Lazybrook in the month of January, 3 Timbergrove and 1 Lazybrook.  This is up from last January, which saw 3 total sales.

Active Listings

There are 45 properties currently on the market, 37 in Timbergrove and 8 in Lazybrook.  In January, 11 of the 45 listings are new listings and 11 of the sellers have reduced their price.

Home Prices

The median home price in Timbergrove over the past 12-months is $288,000, up 7% from the same period last year.  Lazybrook’s median home price rose an astonishing 18% during that period, which Timbergrove’s median home price rose 1%.
